Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions a leading HR Management Consultancy Our client is a global leader in water technology and services for industrial and infrastructure markets With a focus on solving water scarcity through desalination water reuse and zero liquid discharge ZLD they have executed over 2 000 projects across 60 countries Leveraging the experience and knowhow gained over 40 years handling some of the most difficult to treat waters they help some of the worlds most recognized companies reduce their water and carbon footprint ultimately reducing water risk Position Team Lead-Piping GroupTotal Experience 10-12 years of relevant experienceEducation B Tech M Tech- Mechanical Piping EngineeringExperience Exposure to BIM platforms Autodesk products AutoCAD Plant 3D REVIT Location Vastrapur AhmedabadOffice Timing 9 30 AM to 6 30 PM Monday to Friday Roles and Responsibilities Team Lead Piping group Manager Sr Engineer with experience of 12 15 years Support Applications Pre-order groups to review customer specifications to generate a detailed clarification exception list Also work with piping designers to generate BOQs for estimation purposes In post order stage working closely with the Lead Engineers Designers during the plant layout development stage to optimize piping routing to keep deviations from pre-order assumptions to a minimum Review customer piping specifications requirements ensure they are translated in the Mechanical design plan detailed piping drawings Prepare piping stress analysis procedure Analyze piping stresses for critical lines using CAESAR II etc to realize stable economical piping systems Instruct and or review piping loading data to other disciplines Prepare guide engineers to prepare specifications for piping mechanical supports such as bellows springs etc Guide engineers to prepare supports package including special supports design Guide engineers to prepare piping stress analysis reports Coordinate attend meetings with clients vendors and other discipline engineers whenever required Review respond to site queries during construction phase If required visit sites offer solutions to piping issues Review site back charges related to piping designs in consultation with Lead Engineers Designers Train mentor junior engineers designers on piping specifications requirements Responsible for piping engineering work on Autodesk Plant 3D Aquatech will be running on BIM360 platform so integration with structural REVIT and TEKLA Co-ordinate with specialized external agencies for Transient Surge analysis of piping systems Qualifications Experience B Tech B E M Tech in Mechanical Engineering Specialization in Piping engineering will be a plus Leading a team of piping engineers piping designers Experience Exposure to BIM platforms Autodesk products AutoCAD Plant 3D REVIT Exposure to US EU material specifications piping codes B31 1 and B31 3 PED Excellent communication skills verbal and written Proficient in business interaction with international teams If interested please share your cv with details of total experience current salary expected salary and notice period
