Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the talent acquisition process for our software development and engineering teams. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement targeted search strategies to attract top talent.

  • Work closely with management and hiring sponsors to define ideal candidate profiles and communicate Velotio's value proposition.
  • Develop and execute creative recruitment plans to engage both active and passive candidates, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Foster relationships with potential candidates through various approaches, highlighting Velotio's unique culture and opportunities.
  • Ensure timely progression of candidates through the hiring process, facilitating smooth interactions between hiring managers and applicants.
  • Schedule and coordinate phone and in-person interviews, capturing essential details throughout the process.
  • Enhance the overall candidate experience by providing excellent support and maintaining open communication channels.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in software development/software engineering recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment
  • Prior agency/search firm recruiting experience is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
