Key Responsibilities
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
Conduct research on target markets, identify key trends, and analyze competitor activities.
Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and grow market share.
Create business development strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on international expansion.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify and engage with potential customers and partners to promote export products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and agents across international markets.
Negotiate terms of business with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for export.
Drive revenue through identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.
Regulatory Compliance and Documentation:
Stay updated with global trade regulations, export licensing requirements, and customs laws.
Ensure accurate documentation for exports, including contracts, purchase orders, shipping documents, and compliance certifications.
Work with logistics and compliance teams to ensure smooth and timely shipments.
Reporting and Forecasting:
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales achievements, and market intelligence.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Monitor competitor activities and provide recommendations to strengthen market position.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, logistics, finance, and production teams to align export operations with business goals.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other networking events to promote products and explore new opportunities.
Drive improvements in customer experience by working with teams to refine export processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or export management, preferably in the spice industry
