Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Business Development Manager to join our team at Carrier Global Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with customers across various states in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance outside sales performance and establish business relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide HVAC solutions specific to Commercial Applied customers, focusing on value engineering and confidence-building initiatives.
  • Conduct knowledge sharing sessions with new customers, channel partners, influencers, and consultants to improve connections and drive business growth.
  • Manage business forecasting for inventory management and oversee receivable management for customers and channel partners.
  • Perform market mapping exercises to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5-6 years of experience in equipment sales, preferably in the HVAC industry

  • Strong inter-personnel skills and team work
  • Good understanding of the market and client relationship skills
  • Enthusiasm to achieve targets and channel management
