Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (IT Sales) to join our team at Odisha Job Consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales in the IT and Software sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the IT and Software sectors.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct negotiations and close deals that align with the company's objectives.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and address any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the training team to align candidate skills with client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to potential clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Minimum 1 year to maximum 3 years of work experience in a sales or business development role.
- Proven experience in market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and agreements.
- Strong relationship management skills to maintain client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in lead generation techniques for acquiring new clients.
- Experience in IT sales and software sales is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales and building business relationships.
- Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve business goals.
