This role at Soliton focuses on identifying and selling Soliton's services to potential customers in the Hi-Tech Engineering space, particularly in Semiconductor, Medical Devices, Automotive, and Capital Equipment Manufacturing.

This is achieved primarily through pre-arranged sales calls with key management and technical decision-makers, aiming to meet targets and deliver valuable feedback to the organization to improve alignment with existing accounts or penetrate new ones.

To accomplish this, the Sales Account Manager must be able to find and close opportunities while building relationships of trust at multiple levels within a customer account and developing a clear understanding of a client's business needs.

Using solution-selling and team-selling techniques, they will assist their customers in understanding the business impact of implementing Soliton solutions.

  • Achieve an annual quota and deliver double-digit portfolio growth by closing sales within target accounts, often done through team-selling activities where you may be the lead or supporting seller.">
  • Prioritize, develop, and execute an account and site-based plan, preparing a draft plan that addresses the account's needs and concerns within the first 90 days.">
  • Act as a business and technical consultant to customers and prospects, establishing strong customer relationships through professional, value-added interactions.">
  • Effectively use pre-sales, technical, and other resources available within the company to close deals, enhancing opportunity win rate by identifying and applying relevant resources.">
  • Create and lead client proposals and presentations, focusing on identified business pain points and presenting Soliton solutions that deliver positive business impact.">

    • Salary: ₹12,50,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.">
    • Hybrid work model, flexible to work from office (Bangalore/Coimbatore), in case of business requirements.">
    • Travel: International travel to US, Europe & Asia Pacific, availability of US travel visa a plus.">

      • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills for internal and external interactions.">
      • 5+ years of proven sales experience.">
      • Experienced in developing and executing successful account plan strategies that convert into business wins.">
      • Track record of formulating and executing creative strategies to win complex opportunities.">
      • Generating and delivering value proposition messaging.">
      • Strong organizational, time management, and account planning skills.">
      • Demonstrated track record of achieving/exceeding performance objectives.">
      • Territory, opportunity, and account management expertise.">
      • Expertise in the semiconductor industry and background knowledge of Test, Measurement & Validation Industry.">
