This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our Sales Operations team as a Senior Revenue Growth Analyst based in Bangalore, India, reporting to the Manager, Sales Operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth strategies and executing them across various regions, collaborating closely with Sales and Supply Chain teams to identify potential risks and opportunities.

You will work on analyzing data sets to forecast demand and supply metrics, ensuring alignment with corporate targets and quarterly revenue goals.

A key aspect of this role involves delivering weekly presentations to senior management, including CXO executives, to report business performance, sales trends, and challenges.

In addition to your analytical skills, you will engage with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Finance, Supply Planning, Pricing, Logistics, and PLM, to drive achievement of quarterly revenue targets.

To succeed in this position, you must possess advanced Excel skills, experience with big data sets, and the ability to drive actionable insights leading to measurable growth.

Bachelor's or Master's degree holders with a strong background in sales operations, supply chain, and business analytics are highly preferred.

Suitable candidates will have 7-10 years of experience in complex industries like Solar or High-Tech, preferably in multi-tiered channel environments.
