
Regional Expansion Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Regional Expansion Specialist to lead our school acquisition and partnership efforts across the region. As a key member of our team, you will drive the growth of our IIT - JEE/NEET Test Prep program by acquiring and onboarding new school partnerships.
About This Role:- You will serve as the single point of contact for partner schools, building strong relationships based on understanding of parent aspirations, school owner needs, and market dynamics.
- Your primary focus will be on supporting school growth through parent engagement initiatives, admission programs, and regional brand-building efforts.
- You will negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with our goals, ensuring smooth transition to the Key Account team.
- You will also drive timely collections, monitor key performance metrics, and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders.
- 8-10 years of experience in new client acquisition, with 2-4 years in team leadership roles.
- Significant experience in pan-India Sales solution delivery and successful leadership of large volume, high quality sales engagement is required.
- Excellent skills in new client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals are essential.
- Ability to travel across designated territories or zones is necessary.
