Regional IT Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Regional IT Operations Specialist to bridge local vendors, SPOCs, and central IT. This role will drive standardized service delivery, compliance, and operational excellence.

  • The ideal candidate will act as liaison between local business SPOCs/vendors and central IT, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • This position requires strong stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and coordination skills to oversee procurement processes and ensure accurate PRs/POs.
  • Responsibilities also include coordinating with finance teams to validate, approve, and process invoices on time, as well as ensuring compliance with local/regional regulations and contract requirements.
  • This role demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
