Business Development Professional

As a key member of our team at PROTON EXPERT SYSTEMS AND SOLUTIONS, we are seeking an accomplished Recruiter to partner with our hiring managers in determining staffing needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screening resumes and conducting in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Administering company assessments and performing reference and background checks
- Maintaining relationships with internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
- Staying current on company policies, laws, and organizational structure
- Serving as a liaison with employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
- Preparing timely reports on employment activity
- Conducting exit interviews with terminating employees
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent record-keeping skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records
