About the Job:

  • We are seeking an experienced Service Operations Manager to lead our team of field service engineers.
  • You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring service operations across the zone to ensure optimal uptime of our instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service operations management: Plan, coordinate and monitor service operations to ensure efficient execution and minimal downtime.
  • Preventive maintenance and breakdown support: Identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Review and analyze service KPIs: Mean time to fix (MTTF), first time fix rate (FTFR) and net promoter score (NPS).

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, train and motivate a team of field service engineers.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide technical and soft skill development.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Act as a point of escalation for critical service issues in the zone.
  • Maintain close communication with key stakeholders, biomedical engineers and procurement heads.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, medical regulations and internal policies.
  • Maintain proper documentation of service activities, equipment history and warranty claims.
