We are seeking an accomplished Regional Operations Manager to spearhead our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, making a positive impact on over 3,000 beneficiaries annually.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution:
    • Oversee the successful delivery of deep tech projects across assigned regions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scopes and objectives.
    • Evaluate and track key performance indicators such as attendance rates, faculty utilization, dropout rates, and job placements.
    • Maintain quality control through regular checks across geographies.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Foster a high-performance culture by leading and inspiring diverse teams.
    • Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring seamless operations.
    • Manage team development, mentorship, and recruitment processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Serve as primary point of contact for external and internal stakeholders regarding project status, issues, and resolutions.
    • Cultivate effective communication to manage expectations and ensure transparency throughout project lifecycles.
  • Financial Governance:
    • Monitor program budgets and ensure responsible financial management.
  • Strategic Development:
    • Develop and execute strategies to scale programs, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Pursue opportunities for partnership and collaboration with academic institutions, NGOs, corporates, and the community to increase program reach and impact.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in any discipline, with technical background an added advantage.
  • At least 10-15 years of relevant work experience in operations.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in delivering technology programs and education services is beneficial.
  • Results-oriented professional with a proven track record of managing impactful CSR projects.
