Regional Demand Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Demand Operations Manager to bridge local vendors, stakeholders, and central IT departments. This role serves as the first layer of demand operations outside Pakistan, ensuring alignment of regional IT services with global corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the liaison between local business teams/vendors and central IT departments.
  • Ensure local IT services (internet, telecom, printers, etc.) are standardized under corporate control.
  • Oversee procurement processes, ensuring Purchase Requisitions/Orders are created and processed accurately.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to validate, approve, and process invoices on time.
  • Ensure compliance with local/regional regulations, including contract and legal requirements.
  • Align regional IT setups with global standards and processes.
  • Provide troubleshooting and coordination support for non-standard applications and issues.
  • Act as the escalation point for teams facing complex IT/service challenges.
  • Support contract management and monitor vendor performance.
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and compliance records for regional services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in IT service management, vendor management, or demand operations.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes (PR/PO lifecycle, invoice management, vendor payments).
  • Hands-on experience managing IT services (telecom, networking, printing, vendor contracts).
  • Good understanding of ITIL-based service management (incident, request, escalation handling).
  • Experience working with finance teams on budgets and invoice processes.
  • Familiarity with local compliance requirements for IT contracts and services.
  • Strong stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.
