Key Role:

Associate General Manager

In this role, you will oversee the revenue of a region and drive business growth through strategic leadership. As an Associate General Manager - Design, your primary responsibility is to manage critical performance metrics of both business and people.

This demanding position requires strong management and leadership skills to make informed business decisions through data-driven insights and thorough analysis.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute Strategically: Engage in high-level discussions to shape business direction through qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis.
  • Team Leadership: Develop, motivate, and manage a young and ambitious city team to achieve collective goals.
  • Ecosystem Development: Foster a collaborative environment for successful Design experience among internal teams and customers.
  • Quality Management: Ensure the quality of Design Closure of Livspace catalogue products and essential home improvement services for the region.
Essential Qualifications:
  • B.Arch or Equivalent: Hold a degree in architecture or a comparable field such as design or interior fit-out. An MBA can be beneficial.
  • Operational Experience: Possess at least 6-7 years of experience in an interior fit-out business, managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services through designers.
  • Critical Skills: Demonstrate attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to convey business requirements effectively.
  • Leadership Abilities: Showcase strong leadership and people management skills, with direct team reporting experience required.
