Job Opportunity: Warehouse Operations Director

Our organization seeks a seasoned and strategic Warehouse Operations Director to spearhead our Western Region operations. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of warehouse processes, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage warehouse operations for the West Region, ensuring adherence to safety standards and compliance regulations.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, cost control, and profitability.
  • Design and implement customized solutions for customers, including layout optimization and material handling systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to deliver high performance and service excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, health and safety standards, and internal audit guidelines.
Key Requirements:
  • 10–15 years of experience in warehouse operations & logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in operations design, customer solutioning, and problem-solving.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehousing processes, labor regulations, and local compliances.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of handling large-scale warehouses/multi-client facilities.
