Leadership Role in Operations Management

As a seasoned operations leader, you will oversee a team of experts and prioritize customer satisfaction. Your role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment with committed timelines for your region. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders like Finance, Vendor Teams, Installer Teams, and more to provide timely support and meet customer-promised timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire customer experience from project booking to handover.
  • Act as the highest point of escalation for your region, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues within committed ETAs and maintaining high-quality project completion rates.
  • Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams (installer teams, vendor teams, category teams, product teams) to expedite issue resolution for your team members.
  • Manage your team effectively, empower existing team members, and hire top talents to strengthen your regional team.
  • Ensure that all team members adhere to defined processes, SOPs, and standards for delivering a consistent customer experience.
  • Oversee key performance indicators such as Customer Move In Timeline Adherence, Customer Overall CSAT Score, and Quicker Resolution of Customer Escalations.

Requirements:

  • A master's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • 7-12 years of overall work experience in startups or operations in similar industries is required.
  • Direct team reporting experience is mandatory.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
  • A structured thought process and strong analytical ability are necessary.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment is crucial.
