
Regional Operations Manager

As a Regional Support Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Manager in overseeing the operations of the respective region. Your primary goal is to maintain customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources and managing your team effectively.
The ideal candidate should be highly disciplined, self-motivated, and positive, with excellent technical skills and accomplishments. You should be able to generate expected regional support revenue and ensure customer receivables are met.
Additionally, you will be responsible for demonstrating competence in handling team building activities, motivating teams to give quality performance, and having good networking capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members
- Communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
- Planning and reviewing compensation actions, enforcing policies and procedures
- Contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
- Preparing and completing action plans, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
- Resolving problems, identifying customer service trends, determining system improvements, and implementing change
