Regional Operations Coordinator

This role is responsible for overseeing regional administrative activities and operations. The position entails defining the scope and key performance indicators (KPIs) of team members, collaborating with immediate management to develop strategic program and project goals, and providing direct reporting to the Zonal Admin Head.
- Complete ownership of managing regional admin activities/operations and administering the admin team

- Communicating and coordinating with immediate management to develop strategic program and project goals
- Direct reporting to Zonal Admin Head on day-to-day activities, incident management, etc.
Other key responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on key project activities, plans, and progress, managing calls and discussions, and ensuring zero incidents on exam day related to administrative services. Additionally, you will assist in recruitment, training, and talent development of team members, define and deploy control and monitoring mechanisms for the admin team within the region, and standardize processes at all exam venues.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal), strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment, experience in soft services facility management, expertise in facility operations and management, and a proven track record of managing teams. They should also be willing to work under extreme pressure, travel when required, and possess good liaisoning skills with police and other local government departments.
