Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to join our team at Social Tantrums. The ideal candidate will have a passion for using digital marketing tools, social media, and advertising platforms to identify qualifying leads and convert them to potential clients.
The successful candidate will support the team in achieving business growth by developing effective lead generation strategies in target markets. Key responsibilities include:
- Researching and identifying potential clients in the market using various tools and databases.
- Developing and executing outreach strategies to connect with potential leads through social media platforms, emails, calls, and networking events.
Key Responsibilities Continued
- Assessing and qualifying leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with target profiles.
- Coordinating with the sales team to guide leads through the sales funnel.
Digital Marketing Expertise
- Leveraging social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) and platforms like Fiverr and Upwork to generate leads and build brand visibility.
Campaign Optimization
- Utilizing Google Ads to support lead generation efforts by running targeted ad campaigns.
CRM Management
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate, timely information on lead interactions, pipeline stages, and activity history.
Market Insights
- Conducting in-depth market research to stay updated on industry trends, client demands, and competitor strategies.
Sales Strategy Development
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that improve lead conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
Client Relationship Building
- Fostering strong relationships with potential clients to drive engagement and trust, ensuring a seamless handover to the sales team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Social Media, Google AdWords to generate leads.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
