About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Manager of Innovation. As part of this role, you will have the chance to work on project-based storytelling and recommendations, providing expert insights to Sector Insights teams across the globe.

  • You will gain expertise on our Ada tools, supporting methodology/interpretation enquiries and answering sector, S&T, and BU questions as needed.
  • We are looking for someone who can win stakeholder trust by showing understanding of business context.
  • You will support the expansion of tools to new markets and categories via developing and maintaining training materials and collecting necessary inputs to ensure robust setup and adherence to global best practices.
  • In addition, you will support Global capabilities team on project admin/setup/data management as necessary.
  • Your goal will be to generate and evangelize CI capability across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Project-Based Storytelling: Provide objective, expert perspective ('so what', 'why' and 'what to do' synthesis) to Sector Insights teams across the globe.
  • Ada Tools Expertise: Gain experience on our Ada tools – support on methodology/interpretation enquiries and answer sector, S&T, and BU questions as needed.
  • Stakeholder Trust: Show understanding of business context to win stakeholder trust.
  • Tool Expansion: Support expansion of tools to new markets and categories via developing and maintaining training materials and collection of necessary inputs.
  • Global Capabilities: Support Global capabilities team on project admin/setup/data management as necessary.
  • Capability Evangelism: Generate and evangelize CI capability across the organization.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in quantitative market research, ideally with prior experience in innovation testing (IPSOS / BASES), Brand tracking (Kantar), and Ad testing (Link).
  • Existing research methodology knowledge and experience in giving actionable business recommendations based on learnings/synthesis of data.
  • Good analytic, communication, and project management skills, with fluency in English – spoken and written.
  • Experience of working with global, regional, and local insights professionals would be a plus.
