Job Title

You will lead the design, implementation, and management of initiatives that enhance the organization's technological capabilities and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Alignment & Learning Advocate: Partner closely with business leaders to understand the organizations strategic priorities and orchestrate learning enablement interventions that enhance the technical skills and knowledge of teams.
  • Learning Journey Design & Development: Understands the software development life-cycle and collaborates with subject matter experts to write and build on a compelling learning journey (Instructional Design).
  • Program Maestro: Lead the end-to-end execution of learning and innovation programs, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Global Synergy: Work collaboratively with international teams to share knowledge, best practices, and innovations.
  • L&D Forte: Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) for effective delivery, tracking, and reporting of learning programs.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 9-12 years of progressive experience in technology-driven learning and development, with a strong track record of designing and managing impactful programs.
  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed university.
  • Software Development Acumen: Hands-on experience as a software engineer with a focus on delivering solutions that are scalable, elegant, and performant.
