Chief Data Strategist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Data Strategist to drive our enterprise data strategy and governance. The successful candidate will oversee modern data platforms, including cloud-based solutions such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and Kafka.
The role will involve enabling AI/ML for personalization, forecasting, and analytics through the development of scalable and efficient data systems.
A key responsibility will be partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and R&D to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights.
Leading and mentoring a high-performing data engineering team is also an essential part of this role to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Requirements:
- 18+ years of IT experience and 8+ years in data architecture/engineering.
- Strong expertise in large-scale, distributed data systems, including CPG/FMCG data use cases such as CDPs, MMM, ProfitSphere, and inventory analytics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
