Chief CSR Strategist

Description:
Tanla seeks a visionary leader to spearhead its CSR initiatives. The successful candidate will design, drive, and oversee the company's CSR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR vision and strategy.
  • Align CSR objectives with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Build partnerships with corporates, NGOs, government bodies, and networks.
  • Drive advocacy and thought leadership in the CSR ecosystem.

Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Management, Social Sciences, or related field.

15+ years of professional experience, with at least 8–10 years in CSR leadership or program management.

Preference for Ex-Servicemen with proven leadership and organizational expertise.

Strong knowledge of CSR law, development sector, and regulatory frameworks.

Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
