Backed by a bold vision, we are looking for a financial leader who is not just a CFO but a visionary builder of financial ecosystems.
Role Overview:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a core part of the leadership team, reporting directly to the Founder-CEO and working alongside the Board. This role is mission-critical to scaling Ridhira Group from a category-creating startup to a billion-dollar enterprise, with responsibility for capital strategy, financial controls, risk management, investor relations, governance, and cross-vertical financial integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Finance & Capital Structuring:
Lead multi-format capital raising across private equity, venture capital, AIFs, NBFCs, family offices, debt, REITs, and institutional investors
Build, negotiate, and execute PropCo/OpCo structures, SPVs, and LLPs for real estate and hospitality
Oversee project IRRs, deal structuring, returns modeling, and investor waterfall structures
Strategize on asset monetization through sale & leaseback, fractional ownership, and timeshare
Align capital deployment with Ridhira's ambitious development pipeline (urban diagnostics, resort living, waterfront cities)
Investor Relations & M&A:
Represent Ridhira Group in global roadshows, investment conferences, and LP-GP negotiations
Build long-term relationships with sovereign wealth funds, REIT sponsors, VC/PE firms, and strategic family offices
Drive inorganic growth through acquisitions, hospitality takeovers, and underperforming wellness resort buyouts
Financial Operations & Controls:
Build a robust financial tech stack (ERP, FP&A tools, cost control systems)
Oversee accounting, audits, compliance, tax strategy, and financial consolidation across 25+ entities
Establish internal controls, statutory frameworks, and reporting protocols for Indian and international compliance
Own the budgeting process for each vertical – spa rollouts, resort pre-openings, plot development, product subscriptions
Org-Wide Financial Stewardship:
Design and execute long-range financial plans aligned with 8 verticals of the Group
Collaborate with Chief Product Officer, Head of Design, and Head of Real Estate to align capex and opex cycles
Build and lead a world-class finance team of Controllers, FP&A, Strategic Finance, Treasury, and Compliance heads
Education:
CA / CFA / CPA / MBA (ISB, IIMs, INSEAD, Wharton, or top-tier equivalent)
Preferred Industry Background:
Real Estate & Infrastructure: DLF, Embassy Group, Lodha, Godrej Properties, Shapoorji Pallonji, L&T Realty, Hiranandani, K Raheja Corp, Prestige Group, Tata Realty, GMR Group, Adani Realty
Hospitality & Leisure: IHCL (Taj), Marriott, Sarovar, CGH Earth, Club Mahindra, Sterling, Hyatt, Oberoi, ITC Hotels
Wellness & Healthcare: CureFit, PharmEasy, Apollo Hospitals, Kaya, Manipal, Jiva Spa, VLCC
Financial Services & Private Equity: IIFL, Edelweiss, Blackstone, Brookfield, KKR, Kotak Infra, Motilal Oswal AIFs
Experience:
15–25 years of experience, including at least 5 years in CFO or Head of Finance capacity at a mid-to-large scale organization
Prior experience with PE/VC-funded ventures, high CAPEX projects, pan-India scaleups, and multi-entity orgs
Proven ability to lead $50M–$500M capital raises, M&A integrations, and cross-border structuring
