Finance Associate Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Finance Associate to assist in strategic planning, financial management, and analysis for our Research & Development team. This role requires a skilled professional with expertise in comprehensive financial data management, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Support functional teams in finance including Research, Development, and the Office of the Chief Medical Officer.
  • Master Data Maintenance: Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial master data across all systems.
  • Headcount and Staffing Support: Maintain relevant data and assist in workforce planning.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies between actuals and forecasts.
  • Product Coding and Recovery Optimization: Support product coding processes and recovery methods to improve financial accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree and 1-2 years of accounting and/or finance experience or equivalent.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Knowledge of financial planning processes and quarter close activities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
