Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Finance Leader to drive strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and effective financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of financial reporting solutions using Oracle EPM tools and OTBI, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing actionable insights to inform business strategy.
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence.
  • Drive the optimization of dashboards, calculations, hierarchies, and reports in the Oracle EPM Cloud environment and OTBI to enhance efficiency and usability.
  • Partner with business leaders to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and close processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial reporting solutions that meet business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, internal controls, and data security best practices.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to finance users on Oracle EPM, OTBI, and related reporting tools.
