We are seeking a highly skilled Innovation Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating innovation projects. You will work closely with scientific experts and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of programs that align with our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of innovation projects to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure strict adherence to project goals and deliverables by fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Data Analysis:
  • Coordinate the collection, analysis, and interpretation of project-related data to inform decision-making processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive databases and documentation for accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Facilitate data-driven decision-making processes across all initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Collaborate effectively with scientific experts, industry partners, and internal teams to drive project success.
  • Organize and facilitate productive meetings, workshops, and presentations to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries and provide timely responses to stakeholders.
  • Program Development:
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative programs that address key challenges in the field.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to continually inform program strategy and improve outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering or a related field, with a focus on management and leadership development.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, innovation management, and leadership roles.
  • Track Record:
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects with significant scientific and technical components, with a demonstrated ability to drive results-oriented solutions.
Skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in data management and analysis tools, with experience in database management and statistical analysis software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of teamwork and adaptability.
