Project Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Operations Manager to join our team.

  • This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role and drive operational excellence in water supply and sanitation projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in executing and managing projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Maintenance and Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve problems, and develop maintenance procedures to prevent future issues.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage teams to achieve project objectives, focusing on collaboration, communication, and conflict resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on water supply and sanitation projects.
  • Qualification: B. Tech - Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and good presentation skills.
