Key Responsibilities:

">
  • To identify and track Managed Access requests for Sanofi or Affiliate from the portal, ensuring timely review and decision-making process.
  • Maintain accurate records of request submissions, tracking progress, and communicating decisions to physicians.
  • Work in collaboration with the M&OE operations and Governance Lead to ensure effective management of requests.
  • Owning the case submission process, verifying documentation completeness, communicating with Global Medical, recording decisions, and country follow-up while maintaining compliance to MAP SOP.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Timely processing of all received MAP requests as per agreed TAT and quality standards.
  • Proper storage and management of documentation for processed requests.
  • Supporting internal audits for MAP processes and documents.
  • Responding to queries related to MAP requests from HCP or Local Medical teams.
  • Contributing to the execution of projects by the Global MAP team.
  • Ensuring adherence to all quality practices as per SOP and notifying deviations.
  • Managing MAP requests through MRPTC processes wherever applicable.
  • Uploading and organizing relevant documentation within SharePoint sites and maintaining an audit-ready environment.
  • Adhering to all TAT & Quality check procedures.
  • Supporting the establishment of new processes or systems by working closely with Governance and/or Operations Lead.
  • Collaborating with affiliates for MAP requests management process transition or requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical industry with Access management or clinical study management and project management.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal), administrative, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient MS office skills. Smartsheet & PowerBI will be a plus.
  • Bachelor/Higher degree in science.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written).
