Key Responsibilities- CMS Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with a Content Management System (CMS) like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Oracle Web Center is essential. You must have a track record of successfully implementing and deploying large-scale CMS projects.
- Project Management: Managing multiple projects simultaneously using Agile or Waterfall methodologies is crucial. This includes monitoring project baselines, identifying and mitigating risks and issues, and creating strategies to address potential shortfalls in timelines and budgets.
- Team Leadership: As a team leader, you will manage large teams, potentially over 100 resources, and use creative problem-solving skills to handle team-related and cross-functional issues. The role demands extensive experience in managing both offshore and onshore resources.
- Operational Excellence: Passionate about operational excellence and governance, you'll have experience in all phases of the system development life cycle, from planning to implementation.
