Program Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager for our innovation projects who will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating complex programs. You will work closely with scientific experts and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of initiatives that align with our mission.

Key areas of your work will include data collection for reporting and analysis, event coordination for training and quarterly reviews, and providing administrative support for databases and inter-team communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of innovation projects to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure efficient program delivery.
  • Ensure strict adherence to project goals and deliverables through effective monitoring and control.
  • Data Management:
  • Coordinate the collection, analysis, and interpretation of project-related data to inform decision-making processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive databases and documentation for accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Facilitate data-driven decision-making across all initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Collaborate effectively with scientific experts, industry partners, and internal teams to drive project success.
  • Organize and facilitate productive meetings, workshops, and presentations to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries and communications.
  • Program Development:
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative programs that address key challenges in the field.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to continually inform program strategy and development.
  • Reporting and Communication:
  • Prepare regular progress reports and impactful presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, challenges, and successes clearly to all relevant parties.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering with a management background. A Master's degree with a management qualification is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and innovation management.
  • Track Record:
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects with significant scientific and technical components.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in data management and analysis tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
