Job Description:

As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for leading projects and providing operational support for Real-world evidence studies and projects across various functions. Your primary objective will be to drive the execution and delivery of RWE solutions, including project/study monitoring, and ensuring seamless study execution.

You will maintain effectiveness relationships with end stakeholders and cross-functional affiliates to effectively transition education and communication content as per requirements. Additionally, you will actively manage the interface between Medical Activities Hub and end customers by facilitating regular interaction and implementing appropriate measurement.

The ideal candidate will be able to ensure new technologies are leveraged, form study teams, organize and facilitate kick-off meetings, and ensure that work-steps and compliance documentation (study outlines, protocols, etc.) are completed on time and within budget.

You will also facilitate positive interactions with internal stakeholders and external partners, including KOLs, data producers, and third-party vendors. Furthermore, you will develop and track metrics to create required visibility to ensure deliverables are met as per agreed timelines and quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Maintain roadmaps, project plans, reports, and dashboards (e.g., incl. requirements for budgeting)
  • Hold regular alignment meetings with relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to timelines and quality as per requirements
  • Actively manage interface between Medical Activities Hub and end customer
  • Leverage new technologies
