Job Role:

Bid and Contract Specialist
  • Deliver key inputs and verify the accuracy of details, estimates and assumptions in project proposals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive project approvals.
  • Conduct thorough risk analysis and sensitivity analysis to identify potential project impacts.
  • Prepare detailed reports outlining project scope, investment requirements and financial returns.
  • Review and modify contract terms from a financial perspective and discuss with other departments as required.
  • Establish performance metrics for tracking actual project outcomes and set up regular review meetings with senior management.
  • Collect and analyze financial data to improve site performance and reduce costs.
  • Transform complex financial information into actionable insights through effective presentation skills.

Qualifications:

  • Professional certification as a Cost Accountant or Chartered Accountant with significant post-qualification experience.
