As a Technical Business Analyst II, you'll play a key role in bridging business and IT by designing and implementing new features, validating critical business processes, and providing direct support to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with global business users to understand requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions
  • Act as a critical voice to challenge over-engineered solutions and promote simplicity using standard system components
  • Become a subject matter expert for SAP financial subledger processes
  • Support changes and enhancements from concept through testing and deployment
  • Contribute to quarterly financial closing operations, incident management, and documentation
  • Educate and support the global user community

Requirements
  • Degree in a technical, financial, or business field (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in IT
  • Strong experience with product changes and operations (process standardization, documentation, testing)
  • Good working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Office
  • Basic understanding of accounting and financial reporting
  • Willingness to learn scripting for test case automation
