Job Description

Purpose and Objectives:

This role is responsible for defining and setting a vision for real-time / continuous forecasting capabilities.

The incumbent will lead and provide hands-on guidance to staff supporting projects (internal and external, Finance and DTI/Automation).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish baseline analyses, define current and future state using traditional approaches and emerging digital technologies.
  • Identify areas that would benefit from automation / AI / ML.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Centers of Excellence globally to drive operational efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of technology solutions within the Finance organization.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Masters degree and 4-6 years of Finance experience OR Bachelors degree and 6-8 years of Finance experience OR Diploma and 10-12 years of Finance experience.
  • Consistent record of launching new finance capabilities.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience with finance reporting and planning system technologies.
  • Knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry.
  • Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience with global finance operations.
