Job Description:

As a seasoned Pega System Architect, you will lead the implementation of complex business processes and systems. Your expertise in designing and developing scalable, secure, and efficient solutions will be instrumental in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Pega-based solutions that meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  • Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 4 years of experience as a practicing Pega System Architect
  • 5+ years of total Pega experience
  • Certification as a Pega System Architect
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in international markets such as Australia, Europe, or the US
  • DevOps and Agile experience
Desirable Skills:

The following skills are highly desirable:

  • Working knowledge of Pega Robotics
  • API Standards
  • Enterprise Security Protocols
  • Performance Monitoring and improvement
  • Experience with PEGA upgrades, application migration, and DB migration
