Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Pega Decisioning Architect to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the implementation of decisioning logic enhancement roadmaps to generate increasing business value.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in PegaRULES engine and Pega Customer Decision Hub, as well as experience with full life cycle application/Agile development.

They must also have strong experience in Pegas Customer Decision Hub version 8.5 and above and Next Best Action Designer implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 10+ years of hands-on experience working with Pegas Customer Decision Hub
  • At least 8+ year of programming and software development life cycles (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering
  • Certification as Certified Senior system architect is a must. LSA Certification Preferred
  • Certification as Lead Pega Decisioning Consultant required
