**What you'll do**:
As a Decisioning Architect, you’ll be running our revision management process and making sure all code released into our customer-facing systems have passed the required testing and quality control processes.

Additionally, you’ll be:

- Participating in high-level architecture and design discussions and supporting customer propositions being built within our decisioning capability
- Leading cross-team working groups on the development of Pega-enabled capabilities, while understanding the requirements, maintenance and optimisation of the overall capability
- Providing technical support and guidance for the business user group to optimise the use of decision toolsets and deliver innovative solutions to designs
- Liaising directly with technical support areas for the resolution of any technical issues or queries

**The skills you'll need**:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be educated to degree level in a numerate discipline or have equivalent practical experience in an analysis-related field.

You’ll also need to be trained on the technical aspects of the Pega platform and have a system architect certification in relation to Pega or the equivalent.

Furthermore, you’ll need:

- An understanding of Adobe Web Analytics
- Experience of using analytical or database querying software, such as SQL or SAS, data visualisation software and big data and cloud environments
- Extensive knowledge of Pega decisioning and Pega marketing or an equivalent decisioning capability
