Job Description

We are seeking a senior financial analyst to support our finance team with monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with SAP, specifically the FICO, MM and PP/SD modules, and be proficient in handling and analyzing large datasets. They will also be able to develop visualizations using tools like Tableau or Alteryx.

In addition to technical skills, the candidate should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive financial performance through cost efficiency and financial recovery plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support finance team with monthly reporting package, STRAP and AOP
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
  • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial initiatives and process improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A three-year college degree in Accounting or Finance (CMA preferred)
  • At least seven to ten years of progressive finance and accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
  • Proven track record of driving financial performance, cost efficiency and financial recovery plans
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Proficiency in handling and analyzing large datasets, along with the ability to develop visualizations using Slides or similar tools
