Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to provide financial support and guidance to the Corporate Europe GTM finance organization. As a key member of the DSIG team, you will be responsible for analyzing sales and revenue data to inform business strategy and drive results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing in-depth analytics to deliver accurate and timely sales and revenue financial results
  • Partnering closely with sales and finance leaders to operationalize business plans and forecasts
  • Developing domain expertise in key drivers impacting sales and revenue
  • Communicating complex ideas effectively to senior business and finance leaders
  • Identifying opportunities to simplify and improve financial processes, driving efficiency and excellence

Requirements:

  • Professional finance qualification required
  • 10+ years of experience in a Finance role
  • Experience supporting high-performing sales organizations
  • Experience evaluating customer data and trends to identify opportunities to drive performance
  • Proactive, organized, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work autonomously, collaborate, and influence key leaders within a complex, matrix organization
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strategic and critical thinker
