Job Title: Senior Research Content Strategist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Senior Research Content Strategist. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in creating high-quality scientific content that meets the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for creating complex scientific documents that meet quality standards.
  • Initiate and champion process improvement techniques to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage multiple projects across various brands and therapeutic areas, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Define and implement customer management strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
  • Create a Center of Excellence (CoE) for identified therapeutic areas/disease areas/deliverables, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide strategic inputs to development and brand plans, assisting in policy decision-making as a therapeutic area/disease/deliverable champion.
  • Ideate and implement tactics to influence internal and external development environments, driving business success.
  • Ensure compliance with project management tools, standards, policies, and initiatives, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Foster a commitment to Diversity & Inclusion throughout the organization.
Essential Requirements:
  • A minimum science degree or equivalent, B.Sc./equivalent with 12 years of Clinical Research experience, M.Sc./M.Pharm +10 years of clinical research experience.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to provide inputs to development and brand plans, assisting in policy decision-making as a therapeutic area/disease/deliverable champion.
Desired Requirements:
  • Thorough knowledge of Good Clinical practice and ability to establish effective working relationships in a matrix and multicultural environment.
  • Demonstrated presentation and diplomacy skills, with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
