Job Description:

As a seasoned project coordinator, you will oversee the development and implementation of large-scale projects from initiation to delivery. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely and efficient project execution through effective planning, coordination, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities will include defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors to achieve project objectives.

The successful candidate must possess excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. A strong background in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is essential for this role. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure effective project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, recommending and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the Oil & Gas industry is necessary for this role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project for project planning and tracking is also essential. Additionally, experience in working effectively with both offshore and foreign resources is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Preferably an engineering graduate with a strong foundation in project management, planning, scheduling, and tracking of large software projects.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and other relevant software.
