This Technical Project Coordinator position is responsible for actively working with our global delivery teams in Canada and India. If you have a passion for innovation and are eager to contribute to leading-edge projects, join our team.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- IT & Project Management
- Coordinate with Project Managers to deliver IT projects with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Primary responsibility for JIRA administration and project tracking.
- Handle timesheets and ensure accurate reporting.
- Support program/project managers and the program director with day-to-day coordination.
- Manage billing-related tasks and financial documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings effectively across time zones.
- Oversee resource allocation, dashboard handling, and resource management to ensure optimal utilization.
- Assess team capacity and assign projects accordingly.

**Project Coordination**
- Coordinate and execute multiple project components simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Monitor and report on project progress to ensure deliverables, budgets, and timelines are met.
- Identify, address, and escalate risks as required.
- Complete internal documentation for accurate resource planning and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to create project plans and monitor timelines.
- Assist management with execution of administrative processes and functions.

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a Project Management-related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative or project management roles.
- Proven experience managing IT or technical projects.
- Strong working knowledge of JIRA and MS Project
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail with a strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
