Project Manager Opportunity

The role of Senior Project Manager is crucial for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and services to clients. It requires a combination of leadership, project management, communication, client engagement and technical skills.

This position involves overseeing the delivery of projects and services to clients, ensuring that they meet agreed-upon quality standards, timelines and objectives. Below are the key responsibilities, required skills and qualifications for this role.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage engineering teams, providing guidance, coaching and development opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Identify, assess and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality services and negotiating contracts.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and implementing best practices.
Qualifications and Skills

· Minimum years of experience in IT Product Services and Computer Engineering or Computer Science background.

· At least 5+ years of experience in project management with IT Product services is essential.

· A PMP or Scrum Master certification is desirable.

· Excellent project management and communication skills are necessary.

· Proven experience in handling large projects in cloud applications, with different verticals and industries.

· Experience in growing and driving offshore teams with more than 200 employees.

· Proven ability to connect closely with customers, mine and penetrate new business from existing clients.

· Proven experience in Delivery Management for cross-functional skills and projects, using methodologies like Agile.

· Familiarity with Next Gen technologies such as Digital, Cloud, Analytics, Big Data, AI-ML etc.

· Proven experience in Pre-Sales & Solutioning for deals, RFPs/RFIs, proposals etc.

· Strong people management, mentoring and leadership skills.

· Excellent written, spoken and presentation skills.
