About the Role

We seek an experienced and dynamic business leader to oversee multiple branches within Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, leading a team of professionals, ensuring business growth, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction across all assigned branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple branches within the assigned city.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals, driving performance and accountability.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and operational processes.
  • Monitor branch performance through key performance indicators, identify gaps, and implement improvement strategies.
  • Drive sales, revenue growth, and profitability across branches.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance service quality and retention.
  • Coordinate with senior management to align branch operations with organizational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leadership roles or similar positions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive consistent results.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Management or related field preferred.
