Business Development Manager

As a key member of our team at People Pro Consulting, you will be responsible for driving space sales and client acquisition in our co-working spaces. Your primary goal will be to maximize occupancy and revenue by selling workstations, private cabins, and meeting rooms to businesses and entrepreneurs. You will also be tasked with identifying, engaging, and onboarding new members seeking the perfect workspace solution.
To achieve this, you will need to have exceptional interpersonal skills, a talent for forging genuine connections, and the ability to see the big picture while adeptly managing the details. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to enhance member experience and community engagement.
We are looking for a self-starter who is proactive and driven, with a passion for creating environments where people thrive together. If you have proven sales experience, preferably in co-working, real estate, or hospitality, and are adaptable in a fast-paced setting, we encourage you to apply.
