We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, in-depth industry knowledge, and a proven track record of business development, account management, and sales target achievement in the industrial sector. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying and engaging key decision-makers, and expanding market penetration through new customer acquisition and relationship maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets in the industrial pump sector.
- Identify, engage, and establish relationships with key decision-makers (Procurement Heads, Plant Managers, Project Engineers) in Sugar and Paper industries.
- Expand market penetration by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to analyze competition, pricing trends, and customer preferences to stay ahead in the industry.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering (preferred). MBA in Sales & Marketing is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial sales within the Pump, Sugar, or Paper Industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial pumps, dewatering solutions, and fluid handling systems.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, handling large accounts, and managing long sales cycles.
- Technical Skills: Ability to interpret technical drawings, pump specifications, and process flow requirements.
- Communication & Negotiation: Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Location Flexibility: Must be based in Delhi with frequent travel to Faridabad, Haryana and client sites across India.
