Enterprise Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our business development efforts. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging key decision-makers within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business processes, challenges, and goals.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to recommend and demonstrate tailored enterprise software solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to demos, proposal development, pricing negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and software capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and generate forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Promote the company's brand and market intelligence through representation at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales (SaaS, ERP, CRM).
  • Strong domain expertise in construction, logistics, or heavy equipment rental.
  • Proven ability to close complex B2B deals involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of digital transformation, asset lifecycle management, and field operations automation.
  • Strategic mindset and passion for solving client challenges through technology.
