Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch administrative support to our founders, ensuring smooth office operations, and handling various tasks related to office management. This includes managing office supplies, booking office space, and coordinating events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel itineraries, book flights, hotels, rental cars, and other transportation as needed.
  • Itinerary Management: Create detailed travel plans for employees, including flight times, hotel reservations, and meeting schedules.
  • Expense Management: Track expenses, process reimbursements, and ensure compliance with company travel policies.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with travel agencies, hotels, airlines, and vendors to negotiate contracts and resolve issues.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure employees adhere to company travel policies and guidelines.
Requirements

We require an individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, with knowledge of administrative software and tools.

Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
