About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with a strong focus on administrative support to provide comprehensive assistance to our Founder and CEO and oversee essential HR and administrative functions.

Responsibilities
  • Executive Support:
    • Manage the CEO's calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events to optimize time utilization.
    • Take minutes during meetings and ensure accurate records of discussions and action items.
    • Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reports.
  • HR and Administrative Support:
    • Oversee company documentation, including client contracts, vendor agreements, compliance records, and employee records, ensuring organized and compliant record-keeping.
    • Support the implementation and refinement of HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards and legal requirements.
    • Oversight of daily office operations and maintenance of a well-organized work environment.
    • Billing and Invoicing Support: Collaborate with the finance team to assist with billing, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Project and Office Management:
    • Assist with various projects and ad hoc tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and details are managed carefully.
    • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Requirements & Skills
  • 5-7 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant with top management executives or administrative roles
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and legal compliance, particularly in the IT/B2B sector
Location

Bangalore, Hybrid mode

Salary Estimate

Rupee 35 Lakhs per annum (approximately USD 45,000)
